Our Tower 1 of The Marks – “the One” – is slowly growing. The tall columns show the dimension of the lobby, which with 17m of ceiling height will connect the lower four floors with the future bike rack and the open space on the roof. The jumping balconies show the adapted facade of the rough tower above.
